Sarahan A Sleepy Village : Specials - Bheemkali DeviTemple
Last day of my 5 Day trip to Kinnur Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Nice sleepy town with plenty of options to stay and Bengali influence. Saw many apple farm on the way up from Jeori - which is nice and steep road looks goof for cycling.
Most important thing there is Bheemkali Devi Temple - stunned to see the temple as i was not expecting such a beautiful architecture. The temple looks amazing in the foothills and snow capped mountains all around. Beautifully made with woods and different kind of design compared to conventional Mata Ji temple.
My Visit Time: Sept - Mostly cloudy but less crowed. Tourist number goes high from Oct, because of Navratri and majority of people are form Bengal.
Tip: There is canteen inside the temple campus and yo can get good reliable food there.

Hatu Peak of Narkanda : Sept 2015
One of the most preferred place to have serene experience quickly - The Hatu Peak. And the temple of Hatu Devi. Place is easily reachable, 71 kms from Shimla wehich includes lot of ups and downs to villages like Kufri and Theog followed by a deadly climb of 6 kms. Need to take the right diversion from the NH22 and again a right diversion to start off the climb.
Its a 10 hours matter from Delhi to be precise. There are some decent places to stay allows us to start the walk/hike up to Hatu Peak which is 3400 meters high.
Out of my 3 stints up, only on the first time i had seen it sunny, last 2 it was full of clouds - little disappointing at first but its an awesome feeling to be there. Check out

The Roadside All Men Cafes of Tunis
A typical cafe in Tunis. I love this fact about Maghreb region - the roadside cafes, something we don't have here in India. In fact it was something strange for me specially Morocco cafes where all men sit facing the road staring at each and every species passing by :p
So this place is Soukra area in Tunis very close to Lac2. Where one fine night i had courage to click this pic. I always felt hasitated while clicking. There are various type of cafes, and i am not going into those details. Point is its a all men cafe where i can buy a coffe for 0.6 Dinars to 1.5 Dinars. Compared to "other cafes" where it is 3-5 Dinars.
